LAVENDER WATER No.1a
9 litres hot water
5 leaves Lavender, minced, fresh
9 leaves Oregano, minced, fresh
9 tsp Zedoary Root, dried, ground and powdered with pestle and mortar
9 Willow flowers, minced, fresh
8 Silver Birch seed-heads (flowers) minced
Soak together for 9 minutes 1 second. Strain, cool, preserve with 40% vodka, and bottle. If you can, use 50% Apple Cider Vinegar, instead of the vodka.
The alcohol will get rid of the viruses, bacteria etc in the water.
USE only purified, the purest of water for the above. Look at putting a large plastic tub outside to catch the rainfall, it's pure and safe to drink unless the tub is put out while dirty.
